*If only one night is being booked, we charge a service surcharge of € 10.00 per room in the main season. Also in the main season, the minimum stay over weekends is 3 nights, exceptions are possible depending on availability (Thursdays to Sundays or Fridays to Mondays). Errors and price changes reserved.
About our rooms
- All studios are stylish and very individually furnished, have internet access, satellite TV and a bathroom with a shower or a bathtub and a hairdryer.
- For an extra bed, including breakfast, we charge € 40.00.
- For an extra cot, we charge € 15.00.
- We charge € 15.00 as a pet lump sum.
- You can enjoy the lake view from almost every window of our house.
- Our house is smoke free.
- Parking spaces are available in an underground car park near the Rosendomizil Hofgarten for € 12.00 per night.
- Cancellation free of charge is possible up to five days before arrival until 12pm. The free cancellation period for group bookings of 4 rooms or more ends 10 days before your arrival day, 12pm. In the event of a later cancellation, the hotel will charge 80 percent cancellation fees.
- Unfortunately, our hotel does not have an elevator.
