We are looking for a Restaurant manager (m/f/d)

Your area of ​​responsibility

• Host of our restaurant at the Hotel Rosendomizil,
• responsibility for all service and operational procedures,
• active participation and presence during service shifts,
• responsibility for all organizational aspects (presentation, quality assurance, hygiene),
• staff management and training,
• achieving agreed-upon goals while adhering to operational standards,
• close collaboration with the kitchen and the owner family,
• general administrative tasks.

Your profile

• Training in the restaurant industry or relevant work experience, interested in a new challenge,
• ability to work independently and handle pressure in stressful situations,
• strong interpersonal skills in managing staff,
• creative leadership of the restaurant operations in collaboration with the owner family,
  reliability, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of initiative.
